The relation of Taiwan to main land china is the same as that of leaves to roots, they are not only interdependent, inalienable, but also united as one and shared the good and bad together. The moral education research on Taiwan which shares the same ancestry and blood with us assists the improvement of bilateral leaning and efficiency on moral education. The schools in Taiwan pay much attention to moral education skill ,emphasize the inspiration of acknowledge instead of doctrinal implantation in the past ,value the moral psychological journey formed by practice, discussion, reflection etc. They adopt some advanced teaching methods to increase the effect of schools moral education ,such as the moral education method of after—class activities, roles playing, dilemma discussion etc.These methods make the education not only specific ,but also achieve positive effect .After- class activity include the forms of after-class activity and the meaning of after-class activity.Role playing moral method include the process of role playing and advantanges of role playing. The process include familiar the content , choose actor , prepare audience, make en vironment, began perform , dicussion etc.The meaning of role playing is enhance comprehention , nourish co-operation spirit ect.Dilemma discussion include the process of dilemma discussion and the advantanges of dilemma discussion .The process include break into different groups , dicide direct , provide dilemma story , couse discussion etc. Value clarify merhod include the process of value clarify and the meaning of value clarify. method of combination of family and schoole include forms of combination and meanings of combination.Moral story has such characters which students can accept easily,it is readable , truthful etc. Moral picture can inspire motivation, cultivate mind etc.Because of social factors such as:political interference, economic misleading , educational imbance ,the technical moral education couldn't play its role .so it caused severe Juvenile problems,psychological barriers,violent crimes etc.Facing the difficult situation ,we shoud revalue the value and meaning of moral education. The education should not be twisted or evade ,it should play a role that can lead the society and enhance people'moral.
