Students' Legal Quality

As the citizens' law diathesis become the base of the ruled-by-law society, the university students who are the constructors and successors of our socialistic career, should enhance their own law qualities, which is very pressed for time and important. With the deepening of education popularizing and educational system reforming, the aims of the Higher Education turning from fostering social elites to heightening the diathesis of the modern citizens. The education of law in the Higher Education should turning from the education of law knowledges and regulations to fostering their law diathesis, however, in the practices of the education of law in the universities, which is actually ignored and relatively lags in theory and practice. The article begins as the analysis of the intension of the university students' law diathesis, combining their basic status, and finds out why it exists. Under the ideals of diathesis education and modern curriculum, the author epurates her own ideal on university students' law diathesis fostering, constructs practical law education contents that the students indeed need, and according to the inquires of practical needs, put forward several countermeasures. The article is aiming at pushing the paces of law diathesis education for the students and citizens, building a better ruled-by-law society and quickening socialistic harmonious society contraction.
