It is an age which calls for Self-regulated Learning urgently, and E-Learning environment offers a lot of potential superiority for Self-regulated Learning. But it is indicated by some researches that the level of Self-regulated Learning Strategies of E-Learning learners is very low. So how to improve the level of Self-regulated Learning Strategies of E-Learning learners becomes a problem which should be solved urgently.This thesis summarizes the essence, characteristic of Self-regulated Learning on the basis of combining E-Learning current situation and characteristic and explains the definition, classification and training of learning strategies. Regarding the task goal of learning as the division standard of Self-regulated Learning Strategies, they are divided into Self-regulated Learning Strategies about cognition, Self-regulated Learning Strategies about basic technical ability and Self-regulated Learning Strategies about emotion. And on the basis of analyzing the intentional meaning and extensional meaning of different strategies, it expounds emphatically how the Self-regulated learners in E-Learning environment should implement these strategies and items what should be paid attention to in the course of implementing, etc.In addition, the author adopts " the Questionnaire about the Current Situation of Self-regulated Learning Strategies in E-Learning Environment" which is designed by the author herself according to these strategies. Having carried out the questionnaire investigation to the students of the Information Technology and Communication Institute, the author continues to train 30 junior students Self-regulated Learning Strategies in E-Learning environment by network for two months.
