Learning disability means children who at school age because of environment, mental, quality or other factors, have some obstacle in acquiring or developing learning skills. Elementary education is the base of compulsory education, analyze the factor causing learning disability and research a effective intervention model is helpful to changing LD child and preventing junior student's learning disability.The research is based on systematic theory, the systematic intervention model composed of teacher intervening, parents intervening and child intervening, The intervention lasted a term, using group counseling, individual counseling, teacher participating train, etc. to operate systematic intervention in every subsystem.The research use quantity and quality estimate, process and result estimate, self and others estimate, and case study methods multi-demission assessing outcomes. As result, the LD children have a improve in self-concept and study adaptive ability, but also have an increase in school achievement.This treatise discusses the issues as following:1. As the systematic theory, LD children's development is effect by many factor, such as family, school, children themselves, as long as we intervene all the aspects, the intervention will be effective in changing LD children.2. Some intervening method and family systematic therapy skills are effective to transfer LD children's mental problem and communication mode with parents, peers and teachers.This research shows systematic intervention is effective in changing learning disability children.
