Student with learning troubles is the hot issues of common concern in current society. It is very important for school education to explore the effective methods of transformation for students with learning troubles. This thesis is based on the actual investigation in Hefei FuRong primary school, and under the help of school, using the intervention of social work to five grades’ students who have learning troubles. Observation, interviews, group work and other methods of interventions can help those students to eliminate their psychological problems and disruptive behaviors. And also can help them found their own advantages to improve their learning ability and the ability to cope with difficulties, so they can better adapt to school learning and their friends. Under the systematic perspective of social work, this thesis has analyzed the reasons of learning troubles and suggested some countermeasures and suggestions through the assessment of the effects of substantive activities during the investigation, and hoping to provide some help to education and transformation for them.
