Patriotism is people the most profound sentiment for their own country after thousands years. This is society consciousness that form in the process of class and country and nationality evolving gradually, it is a national immaterial backbone. The subject strengthens research and solve in the middle school education immediately is how to understand permanent subject patriotism education of history instruction correctly and seek some availability and methods of patriotism education. Guided by Marxism theory this paper discussed the subject systematically and thoroughly.This paper expatiated on basic connotation of patriotism, important of patriotism education and afterward researched into the way of patriotism education, and then presented comparative method is a good method in the patriotism education. It utilized comparative method in exploring and practicing patriotism education, and the comparative method is the paper' s keystone and main content. Combine with practice of patriotism education of middle school in resent years, and then compare Chinese history and institution with foreign country' s, and strengthened amour-propre and self-confidence. Compared lengthways, it thought that now is good than foretime, understood the developmental law of society. Compared positive with negative, vindicate mother country gather into one with Attic faith. Compared experience with lesson, conviction that reformed and open the door is the only way. Compared history education in China and foreign countries, adopt their prime, reinforced patriotism education. Compared chart, discussed how to boost up sensibility of patriotism education and so on. And discussed it should attendant some problems when handled comparative method to patriotism education.
