What is the successful and unsuccessful way for the primary school headmaster in the country? What is the hint behind the successful way? How to speed the maturity and the success for primary school headmaster in the country?As one of the researches attached to "the General Research for the Mechanism and Principle of the Famous Headmaster and Teacher in Jiangsu Province" (hosted by Wang Tiejun), the thesis does a case study on the headmaster Wang Wenzhong in Danyang Fangxian Central Primary School.
