The title of a special-grade teacher is established by a country to honor the teachers thathave advanced ability in teaching and professional knowledge. It is not only an honor title butalso a model in morality, education and profession. As the best group in primary andsecondary school teachers, they undertake more responsibility and anticipatation. The studyabout success mechanism of special-grade teachers attracted many people’s attention in recentyears and people wished to the mechanism will play an important role in the leading andspreading of teacher profession development in primary school. The special-grade teachers inprimary school are the model and leadership in teacher’s professional development. And theyare also the study example and the target of other primary school teachers. As the successexperience of special-grade teachers in primary school has the property of practice and model,it will help many people in professional improvement on the way to becoming a special-gradeteacher.We summarized the common factors involved in the success of a special-grade teacherthrough research and interview of two primary school special-grade teachers. In the study, wediscussed the success mechanism from outside factors and inside factors, and explored theeffect of growth process, ideas and major events and people on the way to success. Weconcluded the important factors involved in success and studied the way they interacted. Theresearch showed that the personality including love, ideas, persistent and behavior containsstudy, research, reflection are the essential factors in the success of a special-grade teacher.Absolutely, they also need encourage and support from background of the Times, schoolmanagement, cooperation of college and family. In summary, the success of a special-gradeteacher is the result of combination both inside and outside factors. The inside is thefundamental power and key factor in success of a teacher. |
