In the background of present elementary education reform, it is very important to analyse the individual school administration case and study the efficiency of the school's administration that based on the school's particular situation. Practical case analysis method is used in this research. Nanjing Chibi Road primary school, located in the area with better economic condition, is systematically traced during research process. The school's "distinctive plus distinguishing" administration feature is induced and summarized through the case analysing. It supplies a practical example of administration theory construction for our elementary education, meanwhile, gives a selective plan to practical administration instruction.There are mainly seven parts in this research. The first part gives a general introduction of administration study. Reasons for subject selecting, conception defining, research progress, fundamental theories, research methods and ideas are explained in this part. The second part studies the integral education administration system of Chibi Road primary school. The third part studies the school's teaching administration from the aspects of training, teaching and researching, teaching evaluation, course reform, etc. The fourth part analyses the school's student administration from Young Pioneer's construction, psychology health education, distinguishing education, etc. The fifth part shows some work of school's idea administration by investigating the teaching ethic construction. The sixth part studies the characteristics of school's peculiar quality administration and administration innovation. Finally, school's administration is synthetically analysed, the weakness of present administration is pointed out and the administration's future development is considered.To realize the high efficiency of administration, it is necessary to set up modern school institution with China's Socialism characteristic according to the administration theory's developing requirement, draw lessons from post-modern administration, explore the useful value of administration, pay close attention to the city primary school's living and development constantly, consolidate school's culture construction and push forward culture administration.
