| Teacher’s practical knowledge as a foundation for the knowledge of teacher’s professional development,comes into being with the teacher’s education teaching practice,it is a moment’s wisdom education teaching activities.With the advancement of education teaching reform,society to teachers’ quality put forward higher request,teacher’s practical knowledge is in focus.This study focused on the high school history teachers to be appointed a special group,and the use of case study method,R middle school M teacher,for example,by showing M teacher practical knowledge dynamic process of development,discuss the development and change of personal practical knowledge,and analyze the influence of M the internal factors and external factors for the development of teacher practical knowledge,and based on this,advances the development of effective strategies for M teacher practical knowledge,in order to help M teacher calmly cope with complicated teaching practice,and to train a first-term R middle school history teachers provide some guidance.This study is based on classroom observation,interviews with M the teacher of long-term tracking,collected a large amount of high reliability research materials,through comprehensive analysis of materials:The M of teacher’s practical knowledge include: strategic knowledge,education belief,teaching wit,critical reflection on knowledge,knowledge of self and knowledge of the students.Linked together these six kinds of knowledge,and,of course,also have overlapping content.Second,on the basis of M teacher’s practical knowledge structure analysis,summarizes the internal factors affecting the development of M teacher practical knowledge mainly include: junior middle school history teaching experience,school-based teaching and research,on-the-job training,education teaching research,personal emotion and personality,external factors mainly include: school culture environment,teacher guiding and apprenticeship teachers education,history teaching reform and the stimulation of students.Finally,M teacher case analysis,put forward some feasible countermeasures of developing their practical knowledge.First,M the teacher individual aspects: view model lesson,keep an after-school reflection and teaching notes;The case study of teaching;Passion for reading,rational thinking;Keep learning to expert teachers;Reasonable use of network resources;Fully understand the individual character,emotional impact on practical knowledge;Second,M teacher school aspects:construction of democracy and open school culture,to form a unity of history research;Emphasizing the practice of on-the-job training strategy;Skillfully use information technology to build the network learning community;A history of diverse educational research group activities;Improve the teachers’ evaluation system. |
