The West has been experimenting with the problem of ignoring individual differences in traditional teaching in the past for hundreds of years.China has hundreds of years of research history,but this issue is still a hot topic in the education and research community.Especially in the critical period of contemporary global integration,cultural pluralism and China's new curriculum reform,differential teaching has become an important topic that must be studied and solved in front of the education community.This study analyzes and studies the status quo and development strategies of primary school differential teaching.It is based on the theory of multiple intelligences founded by psychologist Gardner and the constructivist theory put forward by the educator Piaget,in order to promote the development of students' differences.This research starts from the three latitudes of the status quo,problems and development strategies of difference teaching,and uses literature method,interview method,questionnaire method and case study method as the research methods,and combines the author's own work practice to explore the difference teaching in primary school.Develop the status quo and problems,and study the teaching strategies of primary school differences.After investigation and investigation,the author found that the current development of differential teaching in primary schools has achieved certain results,but the problems highlighted are also quite serious.Therefore,the author has carried out the primary school differential teaching strategies from five aspects: differential curriculum construction research,differential teaching strategy research,differential teaching evaluation research,differential learning research under the support of information technology,and teacher professional development research under the perspective of differential teaching.
