Biology teaching must base on the experiment. On the one hand, biology experiment is the source from which students can acquire perceptual knowledge. On the other hand, biology experiment is the key to combine theory with practice, to consolidate the elementary theories learned by students in class. So the experiment plays an important part in biology teaching. Based on the survey, the biology teaching is worrying, for current biology experimental teaching is subordinate. The traditional teaching mode emphasizes the experimental skills training, but neglects the cultivation of innovation ability, which is not suitable for demands of talent for 21st century based on the biology experimental teaching situation in the Senior Middle School. This study expresses the subjective factors which affect the quality of biology teaching. They are teaching concepts; teaching methods; arrangement management and evaluation of experimental teaching. In order to solve the teaching problems, we can innovate in four directions: to foster the biology teaching recognition, rearrange the experimental teaching mode, improve the method of experimental evaluation, arrange the class in a scientific way.
