Bilingual teaching is a kind of teaching way by using one's mothertongue and the second language or foreign language to teach all thesubjects in school. Bilingual teaching sprang up in American after WorldWar II. In the after, many countries of the world adopt bilingual educationor bilingual teaching by different degree according to their owncountries' situation. The facts proved that if there were more bilingualtalents in a country and region, it will be easier to accept advancedinternational science and technology. Since China had joined WTO, thecommunion and cooperate with other countries have become more and morefrequently. The global economy integration became the mega trends. Thetime require the talents of the new century must step toward the standardof internationalization and informatization in the field of language,culture, knowledge, and skill. China will have to face the competitionsand challenges from countries all over the world. In this background ofthe age, many places of China had taken the practice of biligual teaching.Biligual teaching is being paid more and more attention in colleges,universities and vocational education. As a new emergent novelty, thepresent explore of bilingual teaching both in theory and practice of Chinaare just in the process of start and experiment. There is still no verditctof basic theory and practical operation. This has put forward higherrequest for talents' cultivation in the 21st century. According to therequisition for personnel training of various fields, the new educationreform has already been launched. 'Probing Into Study', 'BilingualTeaching' and so on become the main direction of education reform. Onthe other hand, with the flourishing of networks teaching, thecorresponding study based on networks' resources had been paid more andmore attention to. The "Bilingual Teaching Of Information TechnologyBased On Networks Resources" became more important for this reason. Thispaper studied bilingual teaching based on network resources in the middleschool vocational eduction of information technology. This thesis iscomposed of four parts. First part is namely foreword part, which has madethe simple introduction to bilingual teaching and networks educationseparately, and point out that bilingual teaching can raise the abilityof thinking of the students, advance the intelligence of the students,offer the foreign language learning environment, raise the English levelof the students, train the mult-cultural view of the students, and trainthe information accomplishment of the students. This has put forward theresearch meaning of the subject. The second part is a theoreticalfoundation part, which analyses the theoretical foundation of bilingualteaching in terms of linguistic psychology and cognitive psychology atfirst, then study the theoretical foundation of the construction ofnetworks course in terms of the constructive theory and humanism theory.The third part is the practical part of "bilingual Teaching OfCommunication Technology Based On Networks". Information technology isa basic natural science with high objectivity. It get little influenceof education language, comparatively fit for bilingual teaching. Thischapter makes the practical research to "Bilingual Teaching OfCommunication Technology Based On Networks" guided by the theory of thesecond chapter. In this part I chose Chart And Article Arrangement By WORD,Application Of Search Engine as examples. In the fourth part the authorexpatiates what she had learnt, experienced in the process of performingthe bilingual teaching of communication technology based on networks andher wishes. The fourth part is the practical part of "Bilingual EducationOf Middle Vocational Education Of Communication Technology Based OnNetworks". This part is directed by the theories of the second part, anddoes the effective researches to the "Bilingual Teaching Of MiddleVocational Education Of Communication Technology" according to theprinciples and process of Networks resources utilization of the third part.By this part I chose Chart And Article Arrangement By WORD, ApplicationOf Search Engine, and Web Construction By DREAMWEAVER as examples. At last,the author expatiates what she had learned, the experiences and the wishesof the "Bilingual Education Of Middle Vocational Education OfCommunication Technology Based On Networks".
