China is a multi-ethnic country. It is important for national development andcultural heritage to maintain their unique language and culture. However, at this stage,there are little resource which have been developed by Minority languages. Thisarticle survey and analysis ten primary and secondary schools in Gannan TibetanAutonomous(. the hardware environment,Teaching resources and equipment,Teachers's level of information technology,the needs of courseware, the local Constructionplan of resources)It is sure that Gannan Tibetan Autonomous should construct Tibetan'video resources. We determine the type of video resources under pre-organizing thecollections of information.(Teaching video, Synchronous teaching courseware)Through producing process for nearly a year, we have summarized up the productionof Tibetan'video courseware and have advanced the key problem to solve thetechnical means, which analysis and solves encountering problem. At last this articlesummarizes and reflects on research.This study is divided into five parts:1,The first part contains research topics on the background,Research Status,The purpose and significance of research and Research Methods.2,According to Survey and Field interviews, this part analysis the demands forconstruction of Videos in Gannon Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, and determine thetypes for development of resources.3,The development process of teaching video.4,The development process of teaching synchronous courseware.5,This part summarize up all developing process, and research findings. At last itpoint out the lack of research and the direction of further study.
