Directed by deepening elementary educational reform and propelling qualityeducation, people urgently pursue the teaching mode of mutual advance betweenbeing .It is a new class teaching aims, direct and make use of the effect of students'main emotions on teaching activities through organizing and regulating students'emotions, and provide the best emotional state for their study so as to arouse student'sinitiative for study . It is of much significance for promoting the all-rounddevelopment of students' qualities.This thesis put forward emotionlal regulating mode so as to carry out the idea ofquality education, to pursue a complete and humanistic teaching mode in accordancewith quality education , and to train qualified talents who develop both in body and inmind. To test and prove the mode's usefulness and validity in senior girls'body-building teaching , the author utilizes the methods of comparing the pretest andposttest data collected before and after the four-month application of this mode in spotteaching , to perform teaching interference on emotion regulating teaching mode andto compare and study different effects of the two distinct teaching methods seniorgirls'process of cognition, mental health, study interest and creativity.The study showing results:(1)Emotion regulating teaching mode increases new vitality for senior girls'body-building teaching, and can improve students'mental health, study int erest andresults more greatly the traditional teaching.(2)After he experiment, students made great improvements in the process ofcognition, especially in their attention and activity.Emotion regulating teaching modecan help students more concentrated and more active. Students are of more hospitalityand the atmosphere is better than before.(3)Emotion regulating teaching mode isof evident on increasingstudents'creativity.(4)It can form the atmosphere for emotional communicationsbetween teachersand students, students and students more easily than the traditional teaching. It formspleasant, comfortable and harmonious teaching environment , therefore, improvesteaching results greatly.(5)It can be operated validly by senior PE teachers.
