This text studies the applicability and usefulness of " the motion regulated teaching mode" in the athletics. The methodology is to compare the pretest and posttest data collected before and after the 4-month use of motion regulated teaching mode in the spot teaching.the aim is to study the different effects of the two distinct teaching methods on junior high school students' ego concepts of their own bodies, mental health, dealing ways, mood and blood plasma β-EP contain in peaceful appearance and make further clear of the possibility of the fact that atheletic teaching will affect one's mental health.Research shows:(1)" the motion regulated athletic teaching mode" can be operated by high school athletics teacher validly;(2)" the motion regulated athletic teaching mode" can availably increase the junior high school students' ego concepts of their own bodies, mental health, the level to deal with various sitiations and the mood's level, but the traditional athletic teaching mode is not benificialto maintain and promote the development of the mental health;(3) an important agential mechanism through which motion regulated athletic teaching mode" can promote the junior high school students' mental health may be that the athletics teaching of that mode increase the junior high school students' level of ego concepts of their own bodies ;(4) the change of blood plasma β-EP contain is possibly related to the variety of the mood positively, and moreover,blood plasma the β-EP maybe an important factor when adequate exercise improve the mental state;(5).for 13-15 years old students,the sport item that that interest them should be the main part in class;the average heart rates should be 135-155 times/ minute with the fastest heart rate 180 times/ minute ;the exercise should be continous for at least 20-30 minutes ; the frequency should be at least 3 times/ a week ; collective practice should be treated as principle sport type; the athletic teaching or activity in pleasant mood and homonious environment can validate the mental state appearance of the students and deserves the expansion and application.
