On the other hand, because of many influence facts such as society, school, family and student themselves, as a consequence, the students of vocational technical colleges and schools are very lack of sincerity seriously. Therefore, starting with sincerity education is obvious and urgent in vocational technical colleges and schools. The paper connect the sincerity truth of students with the particularity of vocational education, we analyze the feature about sincerity education of students from vocational technical colleges and schools exist in: teacher's guidance, student's self-discipline, family's cooperation, social attention. Meanwhile, we propose that we must take efficient steps on going for sincerity education of students in vocational technical colleges and schools. That is to say, we must establish the special agency for organization leadership, rely on the regularity of sincerity moral development for training on character, and improve the system of modern sincerity education for institution surety.
