This article analyse the basic educational factors on science method in present physical textbook in high middle school acceding to the basic theory of methodology on physical.This article combines the teaching of physics in high schools. It discusses the relationship of knowledge, methods and ability, makes a research in some usual scientific ways of thinking mode and operating process, and point out the special effect on raising the students' level of cognition and forming the scientific world view. According to the present situation of physics teaching in high schools in our country and the needs of the reform of courses, it stresses that in scientific education, we must emphasize the process of getting knowledge, and knowledge should be combined with skill, procedure with methods and sensibility attitude with views of value. It tries putting forward systematic model of scientific ways when we teach the students knowledge. It establishes a scientific ways of classifying. It also brings forward the experience expressions of the analysis of methods factors.Choose some usual important methods, with which we carry out our teaching in different teaching steps. In fact, it has already proved effective. It shows that in the teaching of physics of high school, the education of scientific methods combined with the teaching of knowledge works well. It can help the formation of the students' good thinking quality, and the development of the students' ability of creation.
