Study Of Primary And Secondary School Education Services

As the primary school and middle school, which are take important and fundamental part in bring up person and accelerate the person's development, they should face up to the new challenges for the fundamental education from the economic and society's development in the transforming period. The primary school and middle school should redesign the education ideal according to the spirit of new era, and give service to the development of students' and teachers' through establishing reasonable educational service procedures. This thesis analyzes the question from four aspects:Firstly, educational service of primary and middle school, which is provided by primary school and middle school, is the total of multifarious service that could advance the students' knowledge and technical ability.Secondly, educational service of primary and middle school has its own characteristics like distinct selectivity; perceptive quality; not aim to profit and its production and consumption-taking place at the same time. Its content includes teachers' service to students; schools service to householders; schools service to teachers.Thirdly, analyzing role in the educational service of primary and middle school from multi-aspects. We can find that: in the exterior of school, government is the supervisor; community is the potential object; householders are the actual objects and participators. In the interior of school, the headmaster is the manager; teacher is the provider; student is the "consumer".Finally, educational service's procedure of primary and middle school include three stages, they are marketing of service; providing of service; evaluating of service. For each part of the system could affect the final effect we should adopt some strategies in each stage in order to assure the procedure goes with a swing.
