Carrying out the education for deafmutes aims to improve thesynthetic quality of deaf students,by creating all kinds ofconditions.Thus, they can smoothly adapt to the development of thesociety, and they can do something useful for the society. The developmentof the modern information technology has brought more chances andchallenges to deafmutes. To grasp modern information technology can makeit possible to promote deaf students' effective study. Thanks to theinformation technology, it has become an important subject to promotedeaf students' effective study. So we should pay attention to theinformation technology education in deafmute schools, and improve theirability in using information technology. The paper first chapterelaborated the modern information technology and deaf lives the validstudy the connotation and the significance, briefly has analyzed the deaffresh deaf fresh physiological characteristic and the deaf freshpsychological characteristic, the deaf fresh valid study mainly is refersto the deaf fresh independency,exploration and research the study, thisis the deaf fresh learning activity which we must develop emphatically,develops the deaf fresh valid study key point develops the deaf freshinnovation thought, the deaf fresh valid study was must establish in theoneself experienced foundation has developed, the valid study was drovedeaf lived is industrious at the ponder, advocated deaf livedindependently pondered.
