| The global economic crisis make the employment situation become even worse.The college student enterprising activity can not only release employment pressure,but also inject new vigor into the economic development.Although the number of the entrepreneur is becoming larger and larger,the number of the successful one is still small.The object of this paper is to explore the entrepreneurial learning of the college students and its influencing factors,which can help the students to improve their enterprise ability and succeed in enterprising at last.On the basis of the prior research and investigations I draw up the questionnaires about the entrepreneurial learning of the college students and the school's atmosphere of the entrepreneurial learning.Then I explore the dimensions of the student's entrepreneurial learning through the statistical analysis.And I also discuss the relationship between the school's atmosphere of entrepreneurial learning and the entrepreneurial learning of the students.There is also a research about the entrepreneurial learning based on the demographic variables.The main conclusion of the paper is as followed:(1) Drawn up questionnaires about the entrepreneurial learning of the college students.The dimensions of the entrepreneurial learning of the college students consist of four components:learning of enterprise consciousness,learning of entrepreneurial knowledge,learning of entrepreneurial skill and self-adjustment of learning.(2) Drawn up questionnaires about the atmosphere of university's entrepreneurial learning.The dimensions of the atmosphere of university's entrepreneurial learning consist of three components:the material level,the policy level and the spiritual level.(3)The result of the research shown that the atmosphere of university's entrepreneurial learning have an significant effect on the entrepreneurial learning of the college students.(4) The students with different sex and major are different in some dimensions of the entrepreneurial learning.The students with different age and qualification are not significantly different in their entrepreneurial learning. |
