Vocational Education, a job skill oriented special education, is playing a more and moreimportant role in China labor resource optimization process, which requires the education tocultivate students with comprehensive occupation position required technical theory andempirical knowledge, expertise, skills and practical ability. Meanwhile,with the development ofour national information literacy is increasing day by day, computer majored students of CareerAcademy need master more professional quality requirements. As a specialized course inoccupation students computer class," Flash animation " curriculum is a practical and operationalcurriculum. The Flash study is mainly through the operation of practice to understand and master.Only through repeated practice, students can achieve the best effect, master design skills,ingenious conception.As a vocation technical college teacher, the author found that the traditional process ofteaching and learning in Flash courses, usually is first teaching contents of theoretical knowledgedetailed, then introduce how to use these knowledge based on skill training. When learning thebasic knowledge, students often fail to understand the abstract teaching content, monotone linearteaching method makes students lack the patience and interest, and cannot apply these basicknowledge, At the same time, due to the current Career Academy classroom teacher-student ratiois low, the classroom teaching cannot do the actual personalized for each student training,teaching efficiency is low. In the actual teaching, the author also found in the classroom training,students tend to spontaneously form a neighbor table group, they discuss with each other,forming a learning partner organizations, groups often have a fast learning knowledge masterstudents play the role of teachers, and the team students discuss, solve the difficulties in learning.Therefore, based on the education theory of technology support, to explore a kind of jointlystudy group structure for the organization, help students into the task-driven learningenvironment, the formation of a stable student role group model is of great significance.Based on practice and analyzing the theory of educational technology, the author definethis organization model as task driven--peer student support instruction model,also explore it from two parts including theory and practice. This research organize the details of peerstudent support instruction model by using the instruction model theory, also finish theclassroom teaching model based on vocational education theory and constructivism theory. Itincludes the following steps: teachers design the guiding and inspiring learning tasks, set a fixedlearning group, motivate students learning motivation, peer student interaction and independentinquiry. After the preliminary theoretical construction, the author analyze the process data.The thesis is divided into five parts: the first part analyzes the research reason of this topic,analyzes the necessity of Task-based--peer student support instruction mode from the teachingefficiency point of view; the second part is the overview of the literature and theory research ofthe full text; the third part initially constructs the task-driven peer student support studyteaching model prototype, and the key point of this stage; the fourth part is based on the teachingpractice of the author, analyzes the problems in the operation of the a preliminary model ofteaching and practice; the fifth part summarizes the practice in teaching of results, and modelrefinement on the preliminary discussion and prospects.
