The basic task of teaching is to train and develop the students' ability, the result of ability developing has to be evaluated. There are lots of means and methods to evaluate the students' physical ability , among the kinds of assessment method , examination is the mode used in common, EEU (The entrance examination of University) is the most authoritative one among examinations and tests, what abilities EEU should test, which kind topic should be adopted to evaluate students' ability , these problem have to be researched in order to improve evaluation function of the EEU. The paper include two aspects, the one is to analyze the physical abilities required by outline for the test, pointing out the rationality and the deficiencies of ability requirement. The other is to choose the researching angle of view of original physical problem, based the Principle of Dwey' s Organizing Experiences , the Theory of Pigat's Double Constructing, the theory of Evaluation, the theory of Ability , comparative researching the evaluation function of the Physical exercises and Original physical problems and giving the conclusion of researching and suggestion .
