In the reform of education, the introduction of the learning organization theory—to establish learning schools, has become urgent. Learning schools are schools in which members share vision, study cooperatively, communicate and reflect incessantly. Thereby each member can get the awards of spirits from the process of the school organization. According to the educational condition in China, the introduction of learning organization theory into schools has its own advantages and disadvantages, as well. To establish such learning schools, efforts not only from the leaders, teachers and students of the schools, but also the whole community are required. Finally, specific strategies are put forward from the aspects of the school leaders, teachers, students and the relation between school and community and so on. And there are also some case analyses.
