The Research Of Constructing Learning School In General Admission High School

We are in the era of industry 4.0 that the intelligentization of information physics integration system motivates transformation and reform of industry. Under the background that the Central Committee of the Communist Party has made the claim of promoting goveranace system and governance ablity modernization and the President Xijinping has put forward “Four Comprehensives’ ’stategic blueprint, normal high school takes the duty of culturing talent as one of eduacational organizations.As the joining point of compulsory education secondary school and higher education university, normal high school has necessity and significance to construct learning school.The research is based on the art and practice of the learning organization mentioned by the management expert Peter M.Senge.The research method is the investigation method, and the kinds of investigation are questionare, the interview and the observation. I find the practical conditions, the achivements and the problems of constructing learning high school in G High School. First, G high school has made the achievments.I. Good system institution development.II.Diverse team learning. III. Well-developed mental model. IV. Making efforts to construct creative tensile forve. V. Mature condition for shared vision. I.System thingking: G High School does not have the structure models of getting changing and reform and lack dynamic thinking.II.Team learning: G High School has done a little in cooperation, perfecting, deep dialogue and talking.III.Mental models: G High School cannot commit to the truth and the gap and lacks practice introspection.IV.Personal mastery: G High School has learned hard but has done badly in truth commitment. V. Shared vision: G High School lacks listening and sharing the vision and dream.The thesis gives five suggestions of constructing learning school to G high school: dealing with the relationship between the whole and the part, building the growing and progressing community, looking for the problems in ourselves’ practice,durative learning using creative thinking and constructing shared vision of culturing good citizens.The thesis introduces the research reasons, the research meanings and aims, the journals reviewed, the research content and the research designing.Next the thesis introduces the whole content with three sections: concept definition and the theory basis, the practical research of constructing learning school in G high school, the problems in constructing learning high school and some suggestions to G High School in constructing learning school given by the author.This theis is hoped to provide targeted suggestions to G High School and good reference to other schools in constructing learning school.
