The construction of learning class in the middle school is extremely important not only to students, teachers and class, but also to the development of the schools. Although the nature of learning class is a class, it is different from the traditional class. It is such a students’unit that it has the willingly shared vision that every member actively to create the excellent public opinion atmosphere, to supervise, optimize and pay close attention to the others’ subjects learning as well as their moral character improving. The learning class and traditional class are quite different in the shared vision of the class, actively helping the classmates to study and the function of class leaders. The shared vision of the learning class is from its willingness, while the aim of the traditional class is different from the personal aim. The members of the learning class actively help the classmates with subjects learning, while most members of the traditional class only pay attention to themselves’ learning. The leaders of the learning class have multi-tasks in the class, while most leaders of the traditional class take a single task.The learning class plays five important roles. Firstly, it is the promoter of personal subject learning, the system of helping each other in subjects learning in the whole class. In it, every student not only focus on their subjects study, but also actively pay attention to the classmates’ study situation, and help them or learn from them. Secondly, it is the conditioner of the teaching atmosphere in the class. Due to the function of the conditioner, all the students in it actively take part in the learning in the classroom and help the teacher to create class atmosphere. Thirdly, it is the promoter of students’ moral character improvement. The members of it get such the same understanding of the excellent moral character that they do not disseminate it, but influence the others by their activities. Fourthly, it is the maker to create students’good character intention. The students in it are willing to listen to and speak to the others. They try their effort to create excellent personal relationship. It is the spirit home of every member, where they can get the water to grow higher and higher. Therefore, learning class can rectify students’character intention and uphold their psychological health. Fifthly, it is the creator of the learning culture in the school grounds. After becoming the learning classes, the classes in the school and the students in them are exactly the builders of the excellent school culture, in which learning is the subject. Learning classes becomes the focus of the establishment of the school culture, while the learning classes manage to spread their class culture to the whole school by various ways. Establishing the learning class in the middle school helps the students to achieve the comprehensive development of the subject learning, moral improvement and character intention correction. It helps the school to realize its overall goal. It also helps the teachers to improve their professional skills and dispel job sluggishness.Generally speaking, the learning class level in the middle school in china is still low. The class lacks the basement of the shared vision. It also meets a number of problems in the moral development, personal learning, class atmosphere, good personal intention and school culture development. We find that the construction of learning class in the middle school receives great influence from age construction of the middle school students, the class scope, the outdated educational modes of thought, the outdated system on class evaluation, the construction tradition of the class and the lack of school culture. To solve the problems, we put forward the following tactics:renewing the educational thought mode to set up a good moral basement of the learning class, changing the teachers’role in the class to optimize the teachers’ function in the process of class learning, leading the students to take care of the classmates learning process actively and make it as a custom, establishing learning group atmosphere in the school culture to facilitate the learning class establishment, constructing the common desire in the class to facilitate the learning culture in it, and perfecting the class evaluation system that evaluation will be the tool to establish learning class.
