Education Industrialization is an issue that is controversial and sensitive, and moreover, it has been a hot disputation focused on in our educational and academic fields. Recently the government has shown its attitude against Education Industrialization as quite a lot of trouble has occurred during its implementation, damaging the public property of education. Despite the negative influence of Education Industrialization that we have to face, it also has its positive side and has brought some new ideas. The problems of our education cannot totally attribute to Education Industrialization, as there are some problems of its own in the education. From another point of view, the nongovernmental implementation of Education Industrialization makes those problems appear and shows us indirectly the way to solve those problems. For example, bringing the higher education more in line with the market, introducing the market mechanism into the higher education field, etc. For this reason, this paper reviews the developing process of higher education industrialization which has closest relationship with Education Industrialization, discussing the problems exist in the higher education fields and the way of solving them, therefore putting forward the idea of Higher Education Industrialization.This paper includes three sections. The first section, about the history of Higher Education Industrialization development, mainly introduces the development history of Higher Education Industrialization in western countries and in China, from the introduction of theories to the implementation of methods, and discusses the positive and negative influences of Higher Education Industrialization. The second section, about the higher education industry and the situation of China, introduces the status of higher education in China, the current situation of China, and the relationship between them, puts forward the idea of Higher Education Industrialization on the basis of this introduction, and explains the way of implementation for this idea. The third section, about the way out for Higher Education Industrialization, based on the analysis of both types of higher education institutions, liberal and science education, and the relationship between higher education institutions and the government, puts forward various ways out for Higher Education Industry.
