The expectation and demands of human beings for education is increasing with the progress and development of the society. In the past decade of education reform in China, due to the ambiguous understanding for education industrialization, simply taking education as a tool to regulate economic fluctuation and magnifying the scope and effect of one-side development of education industry, some misunderstanding, even some false measures, exist in practice, which result in a chain of maladies and sequent. Education industrialization has largely run counter to the principle of public welfare, which leads to the reduction of national financial investment in education, even a severe trend toward industrialization in public policies such as compulsory education. Through an analysis of the nature of education in China and the contrast on present situation of education industrialization both home and abroad, and based on deep exploration and discussion on the problem of education industrialization in China, this paper aims to objectively analyze the negative effects from the education industrialization in China and various problems existing in education industrialization, so as to provide a brand-new view for comprehensive understanding of origin, abuse, trend and sequelae of education industrialization in China. Furthermore, this paper hopes to offer viewpoints and opinions for consummating our education industrialization research and accelerating the education of colleges and universities.
