Foreign language is totally a newly-issued course of many junior middle and high schools in ethnic minority region. In order to both promote modern knowledge, traditional Chinese national culture and preserve ethnic minority language culture, those schools teach in bilingual way with ethic language and mandarin for a long period. That means teach in ethic language while issue mandarin course. As the development of the society, those schools begin to give foreign languages course formally and regularly within recent years. Due to the special educational environment and increase of learning burden, the difficulties are encountered among students and teachers among these regions generally. Thus, it is necessary and essential to survey and study those obstacles and difficulties and analysis reasons to provide scientific basis for education policies, decision and practice.In Mongolian agriculture and pasture integrated areas, bilingual education dates for a long period. They have now begun trilingual education through Mongolian, mandarin and any other foreign language. So, the essay is based on the survey and research toward students and teaches of Inner Mongolian Kulun Mongol NO.l High School through diversified perspectives, especially refer to the approach of anthropology including Holism and Profundity.
