College and university graduates are precious personnel resource. Their employment problems affect not only the realization of the value of themselves and so the benefits of the people, but also the stability of the social policy and the overall situation of constructing a relatively comfortable society in an all-round way. Thus, the employment has been one of the focuses.With the graduation of the enlarged enrollment of college students, the number of them is increasing over-routinely, which makes their employment problem more conspicuous. This article makes comprehensive analyses and researches on the very issue from such aspects as social environment, school education, family education and personal education, by using of the basic principles of administration, sociology, psychology etc. The conclusion is that, it involves various joint efforts made by the government, society, colleges and universities and graduates themselves to do well in college students' employment.The article is divided into four parts:Firstly it introduces the seriousness of college students' employment in our country: The general employment circumstances in our country at present; the employment circumstances for college graduates; the significance of researching college students' employment of our country.The second part makes an analysis about the present situation of our country college students' employment: The history evolution of our country's policies of college students' employment; the basic ways of their employment; the features of their employment at present.The third part firstly puts forward the problems exiting in our country college graduates' employment: Imperfect college graduates' employment mechanisms; impeded employment channel; unbalanced employment structure; widespread phenomenon of "high consumption on talents"; too high expectation of college graduates' employment. Then it also analyses the reasons why these problems are existing: Imperfect governmental policies; unstandard employment markets; unreasonable structures in courses and specialties; unabundant employment guidance; out-of-date employment ideas.The last part puts forward solutions to solve problems of college students' employment: Deepening the innovation to improve the employment environment; improving employment markets to offer high-quality services; deepening education's innovation to improve the ability of obtaining employment; promoting students' quality to face the fierce competition.
