Research About The Government Strategy Of The Employment Of College Students In Non-central Cities

Since the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, with the continuous development of the enrollment of students in Colleges and universities, the number of college students increasing, the number of university graduates in 2016 will reach7.65 million, and an increase of 16 million than 2015, become one of the most difficult employment season, coupled with our country currently facing to the economic pressure, the government must increase efforts, take more effective policies,to promote the employment of college graduates. College Students’ employment problem is not only a social problem, but also a livelihood issues, this problem is not only related to the college students’ interests, and their family happiness, but also related to the sustainable development of Higher Education and national and social stability and harmony.This paper is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, mainly is a general overview of the full text, sort out the existing domestic and foreign academic achievement of college students the difficult employment strategy of the government,put forward the research,to pave the way for subsequent chapters. The second part of the historical evolution of students’ employment policy, introduces three different historical periods and different policy orientation of the employment policy of the students, is the historical background of this paper. The third part is the overall situation at this stage of employment of university students as well as practical significance governments to promote employment of collage students.This part combined with the latest data, describes the overall situation of employment of university students as the same time from three aspects explain the practical significance of Government to promote employment of college students,they are can help promote economic, can be conducive to higher education sustainable development and conducive to social stability and harmony. The fourth part analysis the non- central city college students employment situation, Nanchong as an example,this part is on the basis of two representatives collage students employment concept questionnaire, analysis of the existing Nanchong government employment policies ofcollage students,combined with the content of the survey, pointed out the problems and deficiencies.The fifth part is the government to promote the non-central city of college students employment strategy, combined with the above analysis, from four aspects,Strengthen macro-control, the development of urban economy, perfect the policies and measures, as well as intensify propaganda,put forward the author’s suggestions about the government policy of non-central City collage students employment.
