Ideological political education is social practice activity which existed since human beings passed into a class society, it always exists and develops in the certain environment, not excepting ideological and political education of college. The influence of the college political education environment on college political education has it's own characteristics because of its special host and guest body. Particularly at the globalization and knowledge-based economy ages, the nations, local environment of the deep variety and some new environment types of the formation provide vaster development space for the ideological and political education, also producing a great deal of new circumstance and problem, making the ideological and political education be facing the opportunity and challenge that the environment gives. Combined the characteristics of ages under the sistuation that the objective environment have worked a change, with analysis on the relation between college ideological and political education and its environment, have important meaning to raise the educational effectiveness. Particularly in nowadays the important position of college student to our country in the construction and the development progress , make research how to promise the ideological and political education quality very necessary.
