This thesis investigates the relations of the learning motivations, the emotional intelligence and the achievement in school in middle school students. The method the author used is self-report measure with questionnaires. The thesis includes three parts: firstly, the relationships between the achievement in school and the learning motivations. Secondly, the relationships between the achievement in school and the emotional intelligence. Thirdly, the relationships between the learning motivations and the emotional intelligence. It's a current hotspot of researching the learning motivations effects on the achievement; following the spread of the emotional intelligence in china, more people pay attentions to this factors. This study promotes the theory of learning, preparing the technique for the increase of achievement in school.The study results of the first part in this thesis show: the inner motivation with the achievement in school have direct relationships, and excellent inner motivation will speed the achievement in school; the outer motivation doesn't have direct relationships with the achievement in school, and it affects the achievement by inner motivations.The study results of the second part in this thesis show: the abilities of understanding and controlling to owner emotion have direct relationships with the achievement in school, and the others affects it in virtue of the...
