Teachers' training plays the significant role in accelerating teacher development. Yet the present and actual problem of teachers' training is to shift the study dependent of teacher, introspect better, stimulate initiative and creativity of exchanging ideas at liberty.The paper summarized the conception of case; analyzed the case and case methods of teaching through the view of teacher development; investigated the demands of training manners. Aimed at two respects of case apply: case methods of teaching and case research to go along. Included the conception, action and means of case methods of teaching; the easy comparing between case methods of teaching and other training means; how to launch case methods of teaching; the teachers' feedbacks after the application of case methods of teaching. The distinguishing feature of case research, shape together with basic structure and function; the easy comparing between case research and other research means; the means, move, spots meriting paying attention to of case research; the demands to the level of teachers' case research in "three level trainings"; and every level training will accumulate experience, take guides the action and give the reference to the next training; analyzed the examples of case research. Via the research, this paper analyzed the merits and defects that the applying of case in K-12 ICT in Education teachers' training, and brought forward the respects which in the actual application should pay attention to. Also pointed out that it couldn't adopt unitary means in whatever grade teacher training, and case research should be applied in the later teaching.
