M-learning Of Modern Distance Education

As a mixture of development and discard of traditional education, modern distance and open education is the outcome of information technology revolution. It is not only the corollary of a popular, universal, netlike and imaginary style of higher education in the background of knowledge but also a kind of call and inner demand of our learning and lifelong education society on the present education.Information technology is changing the society rapidly, it also brings more space to education. Up to now, in many countries, especially in China, the number of mobile users is much more than the number of wire surfing users. Mobile users can obtain and process information on net by mobile internet which widens the range of education and also makes huge space to lifelong education, democracy and individuation education. M-Learning affords convenient condition to modern education because of its own characteristic. Therefore, it's very important to research m-learning application in modern distance and open education.During the writing process, I visited Jurong, Yangzhong, Zhenjiang TV universities in addition to application research based on Danyang TV university . I have visited and distributed questionnaires and collected many domestic and overseas research fruits . On the basis of thorough analysis and consideration, with the guidance of modern instructional and learning theories and from the analysis of the characters of modern distance and open education and all the factors, especially students in modern distance and open education, I design two courses application program (Computer English and Software Engineering)of M-Learning , and I also afford SMS-based and connection-based experiment application cases on modern distance and open education. I analyze the experiment cases and introduce a distinct opinion on m-learning using in grassroot. At the same time, I bring forward a new method to the interaction of teaching and learning.
