Chinese And Foreign Urban Community Governance Model Is A Comparative Study

How to handle the relations between government and society and how to define the power limits of the country and communities is not only a radical question in the current community construction but also a basis for establishment of the mode of the community governance .Therefore theorists have put forward various modes for community governance in the practice There are three kinds in sum .through the analysis their own advantages and disadvantages ,we find the key to solve the question is that because of the community being not originated from China native ,we should study its essence principle and realize the condition of our country .To get this target ,the comparative rearch method is introduced in this thesis .The tips for this thesis are as follows:Firstly ,concerning the essence and theories of the community .In order to build a sound community the first thing we should do is to study its essence principle and realize the condition of our country to avoid the blunder .Because the conception of the community is originated from foreign countries ,so it is necessary for us to have a outline about their studies and it is helpful for us to understand and use it in our own construction and governance .Secondly ,introduction to the conditions of different countries and their governance modes .We can not build a sound community if we neglect its own conditions .Because we have deeply impressed in the study process for the foreign countries that both the birth and the form of the community and its modes are closed to its country's own history and humanities .It is unwise for us to study the community without concerning their history backgrounds .Therefore ,in chapter three and four ,I introduce the history and three main modes of different countries respectively .It can not only enrich the above theory party but also lay a foundation for the following comparative study.Thirdly ,the comparative study between foreign countries and our country .We can comparatively study the relations among the country the market and the community in the modes of community governance of foreign country and our native one and...
