At present, when carrying out quality-oriented education in our country, aimed at students' hands-on ability and the ability to create new ideas, learning to study is considered as one of the important education goals. Making students study positively is the best way to reach the target that learning is the fundamental goal. Class is the center of the teaching. Each teacher is facing the problem that students are tired of learning, so we should change the present conditions by motivating students' interest.Chemistry is one of science courses based on experiments. It contains a lot of complicated key points, abstract basic concepts and theory, and many terms for students to remember. So students find it hard and boring to learn. When they have learned for a long period time without immediate success, they are no longer interested in it. The author of the essay, has done research on how teachers are teaching and how students are learning, analyzed the information collected, and explored the factors that affect students' learning. Based on the theories of psychology, philosophy and the approach of teaching chemistry, the author got the conclusion that teachers' personalities, students' interest and motivation, teachers' respect for students, and whether students are open-minded when learning, all have a strong effect on students' learning. Also, society, family, school and class atmosphere affect their learning. To solve this, teachers should use the concept of the new curriculum, change the old ideas and methods of teaching. This way students can gain confidence and become more interested in learning. In the learning activities they will be eager to identify problems, and then solve them by making speech and discussing with their classmates and doing experiments and research study in class. At the same time, students will study positively, exploring happily, practicing often and taking an active in a variety of chemistry activities.
