The new curriculum reform has been carried out in many domestic districts. How to bring about the transition of new curriculum has attracted more and more attentions in recent years. This paper tries to explore new teaching methods of primary chemistry classroom instruction based on the characteristic of primary chemistry course , the Юрий Констинович Бабанский's optimizing theory and the instruction idea of new curriculum.According to Юрий Констинович Бабанский, optimizing instruction includes two parts: teaching and learning. While he paid more attention to teaching because he think that the teacher is the key factor of the classroom instruction. A shortcoming of his education idea is that the students' subjectivities are ignored. Also it conflict with the new curriculum idea: for the development of each student. On the contrast, students are thought to be the main part of the study activity according to the learning theory of constructism and the educational theory of subjectivity which means that students should learn knowledge by themselves while the teachers are just guides. Based on the combination of the new curriculum idea and the three theories given above, a new idea is improved in the paper in which students are considered as the center of classroom instructions and teachers should optimize their learning styles to achieve better instruction effects. Researches of the characteristics of inquiry learning, cooperative learning and receptive learning have been carried out as below: inquiry learning is adopted in the element and compound instruction in order to return to the students' subjectivity, cooperative learning is adopted in the review courses to promote the exchange of information and meaningful receptive learning is used in concept instruction to make students construct knowledge by themselves. Not only the development of knowledge and skill but also the emotion, attitude and value ideologies are treated seriously which helps to realize the full-scale development of the students.Several methods such as questionnaire, chat and case analysis are adopted in this paper to perform the chemical classroom instruction optimizing theory. Students are divided into two classes randomly. Statistic analysis of the scores of senior high school entrance test in 2005 verifies the validity of the optimizing methods given in this paper. Interests of the students can be cultivated more easily and the efficiency is greatly improved with the combination and optimizing of different learning styles. It also helps to achieve the aim of full-scale development of the students.
