"Basic Education Curriculum Reform Program(Trial)" pointed out: "We should change the curriculum situation of too much emphasis on receiving learning, rote mechanical training, advocate students’ active participation, willing to explore, diligent in practicing, cultivate the ability to collect and process information, access to new knowledge, analyse and solve problems, communicate and cooperate with others. With the deepening of the new curriculum reform, teachers’ idea change in teaching, the continuous strengthening of the consciousness of individual, autonomous, cooperative, and exploratory ways of learning gradually replace the previous single, and his lord, passive learning style, slowly become learning style in class which we advocate.The ideological and moral curriculum is a comprehensive curriculum based on junior high school students’ life, aiming to guide and promote the junior middle school students’ Ideological and moral development. In the context of Ideological and moral teaching reform, optimization of classroom learning, and the change of students’ learning style,the majority of educators pay more and more attention to the study of the way of learning. Many achievements have been made in the study of learning theory and learning strategies. Meanwhile, the status of teachers in the teaching changes from absolute authority to the classroom dominant, the main role of students in learning has been highlighted. However, in the practice of teaching, teachers in the use of autonomy, cooperation and explore ways of learning, there is still a theoretical understanding and practice of the problem of inefficient operation.There are many types of learning methods. In this paper, we take autonomy, cooperation and explore ways of learning the new curriculum advocated as the research object.First, the study analyses three methods respectively, grasps the connotation and characteristics of different learning styles on the whole. Second, we select the different emphasis on the theoretical analysis and combine theory and practice with case analysis.Finally, we clarify the relationship between the three types of learning, summarize the advantages of the three ways of learning and define the limitations of its application at the present stage. This paper discusses the different emphasis of the three study methods, in order to form a more comprehensive and scientific understanding of autonomous learning, cooperative learning and inquiry learning, grasp the three learning content of the core mode and get rid of the concept of extreme learning way, enable teachers to take a rational view of the role of traditional and modern study way and get rid of the absolute idea of the learning style, purposefully select and combine traditional and modern learning style according to the teaching goal and the stage of study.
