In order to improve university's sports professional gymnastics teaching result of our country, implement cooperation and learn to study in the teaching of gymnastics, students of two class, sports educational speciality of jiamusi University 2004, carry on experiment to Jiamusi. the result reveals : there are prominent differences at the teaching result between " cooperate in study" experiment group with " regular teaching method " of contrast group. Proceed from angle of pedagogy, psychology and sociology to designs, releases the questionnaire, in order to understand which kind of teaching organizational are favored relatively to students. The statistics have verified , students prefer to the cooperation studying of group. It facilitates to improve enthusiasm of student's study, improve student's attitude of study, classmates and teachers. Do benefit to establishing good interpersonal relationships and improving students' self-respect and confidence, give full play to the independence of student's study, strengthen the individual sense of duty. Operate in studying the teaching method applying to the teaching of gymnastics, the aim of the paper to offering references for reform in education of professional gymnastics of university's sports.
