Experience is the core idea in the new curriculum reform. That means we will pay more attention students in our education and attach more importance to students' principal part. The idea of experiential teaching existed long time ago, it appeared in the educational idea of Socrates, Plato, Confucius. But at that time, it was not a scientifically academic system .In modern time; there is more and more experiential teaching research. That provides our instruction with new energy.In the paper, firstly two key concepts are exactly defined. And then researcher point out that experiential teaching is emerging in the background of new curriculum reform. It is quite necessary to introduce some related ideas about the new curriculum reform. The most important part in the paper is that why the students lack of experience and how to resolve the problem. so in the paper researcher try to generate a series of effective teaching strategies ,I hope it can be some good suggestions for teachers.
