Experience-based teaching mode changes not only the mode of teaching and learning, but also the traditional classroom teaching which teachers and students are accustomed to the way of thinking and behavior. It truly reflects the teaching value of education for all-round development."Science" in primary school is a scientific enlightenment training course. Children are happy to try, to imagine, to find reasons. It is meaningful and understandable for students to structure the knowledge by themselves. Effective scientific education should be carried on according to the learning principles of careful verification and first-hand experience. Experience-based teaching mode should serve as the main way to train students about scientific knowledge.In the paper the writer discusses the background of the topic,research targets,research methods. Then it summarizes the basic meaning and characteristic of the experience. The origin and the development of experience-based teaching mode in China and foreign countries are to be summarized.Secondly, the status of teachers in the classroom and student learning initiative are investigated by a questionnaire survey. According to the gap between the present situation and target,important factors affecting student motivation to learn as well as the psychological characteristics of primary students, the author chooses the teaching activities which will train initiative and enthusiasm for study.The author drafts experiment projects and designs—inquiry experience,the game experience,virtual learning experience—three kinds of experience activities to improve students'initiative for study.Then the paper makes a detailed illustration of the theoretical source of inquiry experience,the game experience and virtual experience. Their usage in classroom teaching and the value of teaching cases are analyzed in very great detail.An evaluation to the applied result of the teaching strategy is carried on. On the one hand, students'learning experience and teachers'reflection on teaching are qualitative analyzed; On the other hand, the motivation to learn is quantitative analyzed. The analytical purpose is to study influence to the student by the usage of teaching strategy.At last the paper sums up the research results, analyzes the insufficiencies in paper and expects for follow-up study.
