People have already realized that teacher education is a continuous process, when more and more people know the education for life and the teacher professionalism theories. Teacher education includes three phases, before being teacher, beginning teacher and in active service. But inductive teacher education is the unsubstantial part of teacher education wherever in China and the other countries as well.Inductive teacher education is not only a theory but a real problem which is not solved through fanciness and must be solved through fact and experience. Inductive teacher education has been done well in some countries such as the United States, Britain and Japan. Because the teacher education systems are all affected by Confucianism and are similarly in China and Japan, research will be commenced in the aspect of comparing China and Japan. Inductive teacher education in China will be provided useful revelation through referring the successful experience of Inductive teacher education in Japan.Some aspects of inductive teacher education system are compared and analyzed such as history, backgroundN implementation system, main content, implementation results and problems etc. on the basis of comparison and introduction of teacher education systems of Japan and China. Intrinsic factors are tried to be realized in order to advise for inductive teacher education of China.
