On the background of economic globalization, the times and societyput forward higher requirements on teachers’ professional capacity, which means thatteachers’ education should build an ideal of lifelong education, and it should bemaintained from pre-employed training of Normal College Students, to inductiveteacher education for new qualified teachers, and to post-employed training forserving teachers.Inductive teacher education, the second step of teacher education integration, is akey point to cultivate education brief, teaching practice and skills. Hence, it issignificant to develop an effective inductive teacher education that help new teachersto apply to new teaching life.By deep analysis situation of teacher education integration in standard countrieswith early start and perfect system through several methods such as reading papersand content analysis, we sorted out the policy, form, content and comment of currentinductive teacher education, and got what kind of professional abilities should aquantified biological teacher of high school own by analyzing “Professional Standardsfor High School Teacher (trail)”. Based on our founding, we present a model forteacher education integration of high school new biological teachers which is suitablefor the national conditions of our country.According to the logical order, this thesis consists four parts:Chapter1: Introduction. Introduce the background and significance of this study,and give definition of two important concepts.Chapter2: Present situation upon inductive teacher education in our country. By summarizing papers about the general status of inductive teacher education inAmerica, Britain, Japan, and at home, we sorted out policy and funding, aim,content, form, and comment of inductive teacher education, and found thecharacteristics of inductive teacher education, which can offer reference for furtherstudy.Chapter3: Analysis of “Professional Standards for High School Teacher (trail)”.Analyze the “Professional Standards for High School Teacher (trail)”, and summarizeprofessional demands for a qualified high school teacher which can supply importantreference for further study.Chapter4: Study of inductive teacher education of high school teacher of biology.Based on the study of status of inductive teacher education of high school teacher andprofessional quality for qualified teacher leaded by “Professional Standards for HighSchool Teacher (trail)”, we proposed professional qualities that a qualified teacher ofbiology should own. By systemically thinking and studying, we summarize theprocess of inductive teacher education, system of organization and management,education aim, content and form, and comment of inductive teacher education.The main innovation of this paper is that we analyzed the guidance of teacherprofessional development document——"School Teacher Professional Standards(Trial)". Combined with the characteristics of the biological disciplines, we teased outthe professional quantities of high school teachers of biology. And then, by learningthe advanced experience of inductive teacher education in foreign countries, weconcluded an effective way of inductive teacher education for high school teachers ofbiology with4aspects: organization management system of inductive teachereducation, the goal of inductive teacher education, the form and content of inductiveteacher education, and comment of inductive teacher education.
