Self-regulated learning is an important contemporary educational research topic, it is a positive and constructive learning process, students first set clear objectives for themselves, and then surveillance, and regulating and controlling goal-scenes features and constraints encountered and understanding motivation and behaviour. With the in-depth educational reform, high school Chinese language teaching should be good for students to create autonomous learning environment, and help them to establish the main consciousness, according to their characteristics and needs, and consciously adjust mentality and strategies for their own learning methods and means of improving the quality of teaching in the meantime, concerned students on learning has become an inevitable trend. The Self-regulated learning examines the history and development trajectory, and analyzes the current high school Chinese language teaching and learning process-learning theoretical basis, and dominates the teaching situation, then achieves the goal of independent study, takes study habits, thinking ability, interests, motivation for such a breakthrough to tap high school students Chinese language-learning potential, then changes students' self-regulated learning into the inner qualities.
