Nowadays, the. globalization, of the world economy and the fast development of technology make knowledge, talented person, national character and creativity become the important symbol of comprehensive national power more and more, become key factor of pushing or checking economic growth and social development. For the sake of implementing the section teaches to make a country strong strategy and the durative development strategy, our country carried on the overall thorough education reform, evaluation reform become a hot problem of the foundation education and the higher education reform. As the important portion of the higher education, Physical Education also-must change it's thought, renew the education idea, deepen education innovation to build up the study evaluation system that meets the educational need of all-round development request.The paper, which adopts the method of literature materials, investigation on experts, questionnaire and investigation, experiment , statistics, logical analysis, to study correlative theories of study evaluation and P. E. professional gymnastics course's study evaluation system of high school in Yunnan province. The research indicates: P. E. professional gymnastics course's study evaluation system of high school in Yunnan province has abuse in purpose, contents, methods and form, and needed all-around reform urgently. The paper, which combines the factual instance of Yunnan province, base on the target of P. E. speciality's gymnastics course and trait of gymnastics teaching, build up the study evaluation index system of gymnastics course that meets the education for all-round development request, in addition, the paper make the study of the validation in teaching. The experiment result reflect the new evaluation system can promote the all-round development, and also can promote the emotion, study attitude etc emotion factor that be ever neglected. This study evaluation system of gymnastics course be fully approved by students, and it has some reference meaning about reform of gymnastics course in Yunnan's Physical Education.
