The means for people to acquire knowledge is affected by the Internet and resources on the Internet provide a new learning way for learners, at the same time, learner’s learning is not confined to formal learning and extracurricular informal learning will gradually become more and more essential. So the network is particularly important in the research of the development of the original resources, the existence of the original resources makes learners can get resources through diverse means and it will change the way of learning.This study is based on the virtual community, the research object is the education resources of original platform and the investigation object is the creator of original education resources. We analysis motivation, generate model and incentive mechanism on UGC platform at home and abroad and put forward original education UGC concept, and on this basis, the original education UGC contributors, the problems existing in the development of original education UGC are studied. At the same time, combining motivation theory, social exchange theory and self-efficacy theory to propose a original education UGC generate motivation hypothesis model and this model is tested by using structural equation model, and discovery that academic motivation, altruism, a sense of achievement and satisfaction, and lifelong learning idea factors are influential to the user to create resources, finally design the corresponding incentive mechanism according to different users.The first chapter of the thesis put forward the significance of the research question and research method.On the basis of the summary of the development of education resources, the second chapter puts forward original education UGC’s definition and classified original education UGC platform and summarize original education UGC platform situation.Based on four basic pattern of knowledge transformation, the third chapter studies the application and development of original education UGC and the problems in the development and application.On the basis of motivation theory, social exchange theory, self-efficacy theory, the fourth chapter analyze motivation of original education UGC, from two dimensions of individual and society put forward original education UGC generate motivation model and extract 12 factors and 16 hypotheses.The fifth chapter analyzes generation model of original education UGC, there are mainly four modes, including multi-terminal parallel mode, everyone building mode, independent community communication mode and resource push mode.The sixth chapter studies incentive mechanism on the basis of the research design for divers, ordinary participants, active participants and core contributors.The seventh chapter is summary and prospect of the whole thesis.The development of network education resources with the help of users’joint efforts, the learners are willing to get online resources in information environment, these resources provides a new way for learners’ learning, which can make up for the lack of traditional classroom learning, so the virtual community is becoming an important platform to share information and knowledge, it will become an indispensable platform for learners accessing to online resources in the future.
