A Case Exploration Of The Operation Mode Of Social Enterprise

Since the reform and opening-up, our country has made remarkable progress in poverty alleviation, but also faces some new challenges. It is of great significance for the deepening rural poverty alleviation and development work in the new period to find the new action subjects and explore the new mode for rural poverty alleviation and development work. Social enterprise, as an innovative social organization, shows the important significance and value in promoting economic growth, solving social employment, reducing poverty, improving public services, and fostering citizens’ public spirit and so on. Social enterprise has been to become one of the important main subjects of rural poverty alleviation and development work, and plays an important role in rural poverty alleviation and development work. Association for Rural Development of Yilong in Sichuan province has become one of the important main subjects of poverty alleviation and development work. This paper sets the association as the research object, focusing on its operation mode, which supports its coordinated development. This paper mainly consists of five chapters:First, this part is the introduction, and this section includes four aspects. The first aspect introduces the research background and research significance. The second one, through the literature review, respectively introduces the related research about the concepts and characteristics of social enterprises, and the operation mode studies of social enterprise. The third one introduces the study object----Association for Rural Development of Yilong in Sichuan province of this paper, and the reasons for the object of study. The final one introduces the research methods of this paper, which mainly consist of field observation method and depth interview method.Second, this part introduces the social foundation of the establishment and development of this association from three aspects, which are:the promotion of national large-scale poverty alleviation and development work; the rise of civil society thoughts; the birth of social entrepreneurs and their actions.Third, this part respectively expounds the operation mode of this association from the three angles of government’s supports, enterprise management and the public welfare goals, which Specific as follows:receiving supports from the government through combining with government policies and requirements; meeting the needs of the market by taking the operation mode of the enterprises; strong public interest orientation, charitable mission and clear public goals.Fourth, this part respectively introduces the three businesses of the association and the relationship among the three businesses, which are the microfinance for poverty alleviation, the funding for poverty alleviation, the community volunteer service.Fifth, this part includes the summary and the thinking, objectively to summarize the poverty alleviation achievements of the association and to think the development future of the association, at the same time to point out the shortages of this paper.
