"To play the incentive function of evaluation."It stressed many times in New Course Reformation.It can clearly be seen that the traditional evaluation which focuses in selection is not adapted,the incentive evaluation will be the trend.Though the idea practices many years,we didn't get any better effect during the actual teaching activities,many teachers make mistakes,it mainly due to the one-sided understanding and the inappropriate use to the incentive function of evaluation.Those discouraged the enthusiasm of the students.So improve the effectiveness of the incentive,tell teachers how to incentive the students is very important.The article through the survey,on the basis of analyzing the current phenomenons of improper motivation in schools,summarized the basic principles of the incentives for teachers,proposed a series of methods,to help the teachers for refenrence and application.Text is divided into four parts:PartⅠ:Elaborate the significant of motivation theory applied to the students evaluation.PartⅡ:Analyze the current phenomenons of improper motivation in schools from evaluation purpose,evaluation methods,evaluation content and so on with the students'surveys of some schools in Daqing City.PartⅢ: Summarized the basic principles of the incentives for teachers.PartⅣ: This part mainly includes two aspects: first, the teachers must have the sense of incentive and evaluation competence when they applied the incentives;then proposed the specific incentive strategies and methods of evaluation.
