Graduates in vocational schools are the main labor force of our country economy construction. The key to put the cultivation of students depends on teacher. Teacher is the main force to promote school development and to guide the students to become talents is precious human resources of vocational schools, plays the decision role on the whole school work.An effective incentive helps teachers to improve the comprehensive quality and the work enthusiasm and to fully play work ability. To seek an effective incentive strategy for teachers in county secondary vocational school of mid area county, I have a design and implementation of a questionnaire survey in this study. By random sampling,194samples were obtained from the Yongzhou industry and trade Schools, in Hunan and the Dao County Normal School in Hunan. I also make a statistical analysis of information obtained by applying SPSS18.0.Based on the questionnaire of teacher incentive satisfaction information samples by statistical analysis, the county school teachers'over all satisfaction to school incentive status at this stage is relatively low. The main problems are the actual income level of teachers is relatively low; the school provides teachers with less opportunity for personal development; school management system is lack of science; school teaching equipment is relatively backward. Information through the importance of teachers motivating factor in the questionnaire sample for statistical analysis found that firstly grade teachers'demand in the county vocational school to pay incentives is strongest. These incentives demand, working to get the respect and recognition, performance appraisal system, study and training and personal development, is also very strong. Secondly, there exist different levels and types of teachers on the strength of demand of all kinds of incentives.On the basis of the results of statistical data analysis, combined with the relevant theoretical knowledge to some exploratory recommendations::The county vocational schools need to establish a competitive salary system and improve the performance appraisal system; they also need to establish an effective mechanism for training; school administrators should focus on the implementation of incentives for teachers, and make occupation plan of the sustainable development in view of the different groups of teachers and so on.
